Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
